Return and Exchange Policy

  1. To exercise the right of return, the Buyer must notify the Seller via phone or WhatsApp at (+90) within 14 (fourteen) days. The Product(s) to be returned must be unused and in a condition that can be resold by the Seller, as outlined in Article 6 of this Agreement.

Defective Products

  1. For defective products (e.g., damage, tear), the return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

Shipping

  1. Shipments sent via carriers other than those contracted with us will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  1. Returns are only accepted for products that are in their original condition and suitable for resale (excluding accessories and bags). To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller via phone or WhatsApp at (+90) within 14 (fourteen) days. The Product(s) to be returned must be unused and in a condition that can be resold by the Seller, as specified in Article 6 of this Agreement.

Non-Voluntary Returns

  1. In cases of non-voluntary returns (e.g., product size being too small or large, or simply not liking the product), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
